It's Easy! - No confusing FTP sites or complicated technical jargon, just follow these simple steps.

Step 1: You will be asked to fill out the "Online Print Service Request Form". Fill out as much as you can then click the button at the bottom that says "Submit Print-Request".

Step 2: You will then be instructed on how to actually submit your file. Follow the instructions on each page you will be walked through the process painlessly.
